Hi [Streamer name],

I'm [Your name], a short-form clip editor. I'd like to clip moments from your streams and post them as vertical clips. Here's what I'm proposing:

- Content: clips from your [Twitch / Kick / YouTube] streams and VODs
- Where they'll be posted: [your channel / my accounts: list handles]
- Credit: your name and channel link in every caption
- Music: I'll mute or replace any copyrighted music
- Off-limits: I'll skip anything you tell me to avoid, plus private or sponsor-sensitive moments
- Monetization: [I won't monetize these clips / revenue terms we agree]
- Removal: I'll take down any clip within 48 hours if you ask
- Duration: this permission lasts until either of us ends it in writing

Could you reply "I agree" if this works for you? Here's a sample clip from your recent stream: [link]

Thanks,
[Your name]
